The Cuan Suaimhneach House

The house can sleep 14 people comfortably. There are five bedrooms: three upstairs, each with queen beds (two with gorgeous views of the lake); a primary on the main floor, with a king bed, an en suite bath, a television, a walk-in closet, a sliding door to the deck, and stunning lake views; and a bunk room on the main floor with two bunk beds (each has a full bed on the bottom and a twin on top). There is also a pull-out queen bed in the sectional in the walk-out basement.

We have converted the attached garage into a game room, perfect for a rainy day or late-night competition. The room contains a table tennis table, air hockey table, and a foosball table, along with a stereo and some comfy seating for spectators.

There are four bathrooms: one upstairs with a shower; two on the main floor (one is the primary bedroom's en suite bath), each with a tub and shower; and one in the walk-out basement, with a sauna that contains a rinse-off shower.

Between the kitchen and the attached garage is a large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer for your use and plenty of counter space for folding clothes.

The open kitchen is directly adjacent to the dining area and main floor living room allowing the cook to be a part of the action all while enjoying the fabulous lake views. The tidy, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to cook for a crew of 14 or more. You will find a variety of functional cookware, a large crockpot and plenty of table settings for your whole group. The updated layout includes a dishwasher, microwave and standard electric oven with stovetop. It easily allows you to serve up a feast on the dining table that seats 10 comfortably and up to 12 snugly. The peninsula has 3 counter height stools for additional seating, and there are several seating areas outdoors as well. A handy beverage station has a second sink with both standard and Keurig coffeemakers and a set of mugs - brew a cup and step out onto the large upper deck for a peaceful moment gazing out on the lake. You will find a spacious pantry and several cupboards to put away your supplies and make yourselves at home. 

The house has two living rooms, one on the main floor and one in the walk-out basement.  The main floor living room has a smart television with internet connection (no cable subscription) and two large sofas.. The walk-out basement contains a huge smart television connected to the internet (no cable subscription), a large sectional sofa (with a queen-sized pull-out bed), and a table and chairs for cards or board games.
